چکیده
A feature of the severe condition acute pancreatitis is high risk complications occurring in 50% patients. The most dangerous are thrombohemorrhagic and arrosive bleeding, with late diagnosis which mortality can reach more than 85%. aim study was to determine early diagnostic criteria for onset development bleeding pancreatitis. results treatment 82 patients were analyzed. divided into main group (with bleeding) (30 people) comparison (without (52 people). parameters hemocoagulation, α-amylase activity peritoneal exudate intra-abdominal pressure assessed. tPA level TAT normative value vital individuals who range norms, as well candidates markers bleeding. From ROC analysis, analysis determined informativeness proposed indicators predicted For activity, area under ROC-curve (AUROC) became 0.942 (95% CI 0.889-0.995), point change 4,5 IU/ml, it 0.945 DI 0.871-0.998), 11.5 ng/ml. We conclude that pancreatitis, a ≥4.5 IU/ml (sensitivity 90.2%, specificity 83.3%) and/or ≥ ng/ml 92.2%, be considered possible predictor
